We will contact you per phone and E-mail with a detailed and affordable repair quote  after your item is received (we will not perform work without your consent). If you approve the quote, we  send you an invoice If you decline the repair there is a $8.50 charge for return shipping or  we can offer to buy your iPhone for salvage
